I have been involved in Complementary Health for over 30 years, starting when my son was very ill as a baby. My interest was enhanced further when I helped a friend start a very successful Complementary Centre in West Bridgford Nottinghamshire. From there I opened my own centre in Newark Nottinghamshire, working closely with therapists from many modalities. During that time I set up my own practice in Radcliffe on Trent Nottingham in 1996 and now work from there full time.

I now offer a wide range of therapies including Reiki, Massage (Swedish,Remedial Wholistic/Theraputic), Hot Stone, Hopi Ear Candles, Flower Remedies and The Dorn Method and much more which are tailored to your individual needs - hence the 'One Stop Health Stop'. You'll recieve support and treatment that suits you best.
